I work where technology meets the trading floor. I support Front Office and Capital Markets teams, helping keep the systems they depend on running smoothly.
My curiosity doesn't switch off at the end of the day. At home, I run Windows, Linux and macOS machines through a VPN I configured. My homelab is a place to explore networks, virtualization, cybersecurity, and local AI.
AI and agents are central to how I build. I use Claude Code, Codex, and Hermes agents in my development workflow. I also build tools around local models, including Axis, my AI agent for IT support.

Front Office VDI roll-out
Migration of Front Office users from physical desktops to virtual desktop infrastructure, preserving the applications and workflows required by each trading desk.
Programme snapshot: early deployment, with around 20 users migrated.
MY CONTRIBUTION
Test virtual desktops and Front Office applications before migration, including Bloomberg, MarketAxess, Markit, and TradeWeb.
Identify missing applications and configuration gaps, and troubleshoot virtual desktops and thin clients.
Work directly with traders to understand and resolve migration blockers.
Help define personas for each desk, covering the applications and configuration each user needs.
Feed recurring issues and user requirements back to the project team to improve later migration waves.
Desktop as a Service (DaaS)
Migration of Front Office teams onto virtual desktop infrastructure.

Tested virtual machines ahead of migration and deployed missing applications.
Troubleshot issues on virtual machines and thin clients.

Migration of Front Office users from Office 2016 to Microsoft 365, focused on business-critical spreadsheets, macros, add-ins, and workflows.

Helped users convert or adapt spreadsheets with compatibility problems.
Investigated issues involving Excel, macros, add-ins, and Office dependencies.
